Our membership

Who is eligible to join Afghan Prosecutors Association? Since this umbrella institution has been active for more than a decade, therefore all Afghan prosecutors who are professional members of the country’s former prosecutor’s office can become members of this institution. Is:

    Bachelor’s degree or higher from the faculties of law or Shariah of domestic or foreign universities;

  • 02

    Graduates of high religious schools equivalent to a bachelor’s degree;

  • 03

    Graduates of the Criminal Faculty of the Police Academy;

  • 04

    If he does not have a bachelor’s degree, he has served in the professional departments of the prosecutor’s office for at least ten consecutive years;

    Non-deprivation of political and civil rights;

  • 06

    Not committing and being convicted of criminal crimes and crimes against humanity;

  • 07

    Committed to preserving national interests, respecting people’s favorite traditions, having good morals and a good reputation;

    Submitting a written request for membership to the association;
